A growth mindset is that you believe that you can go further and further to improve your mind. After all, your brain is like a muscle, so when you exercise it it becomes bigger and stronger. So if you aren’t necessarily the best at a subject at school that does not mean that you will never be good at the subject. You just have to train your brain to be better at it. The opposite of a growth mindset is a fixed mindset. A fixed mindset is when you think that are very good at a subject but refuse to up to higher levels and stages. For example, a kid with a GM gets some wrong on his test. The kid with a FM gets only 1 wrong. The person with a GM will try and improve at those question and the FM kid will just not work on it and keep getting those questions wrong.
